Skills/ Requirements
· Must have worked for a fortune 500 company
· Need to have worked for an Enterprise Level Company developing Large scaled
applications
· MS degree or BS degree is preferred
· 7 -10 years of IT Development
· 7 years C#/.NET( version 3.5), ASP.NET, SQL Server
· 5 years of Java, JavaScript and JQuery
· Other technology knowledge such as Java, AJAX, Silverlight,  SharePoint and
MOSS are required
· Scrum/ Agile environment
· Must have good Job stability and communication skills






Responsibilities
· The development team is focused on web development using C#, JavaScript,
Java and ASP.net in a cutting edge environment.  The team emphasis is on
customer satisfaction, quality and deliverables. The ideal candidate should
have strong technical and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
interact with technical and business people.
· Conduct application design sessions with business users and technical staff
to define business requirements and business process models.
· Designs, code, test, debug and documents complex operating software
applications.
· Assist in the diagnosis and correction of problems associated with
applications to improve system performance
· Provide direction and support and assists in the training of less
experienced software development staff to orient them and increase their
understanding of more complex software development.
·  Demonstrate software to others to introduce them to new or enhanced
applications.
· Make suggestions or offer alternative resolutions for software problems or
enhancements.
